Hi, Form 5 and Form 6 school leavers and graduates,

Some 100,000 Malaysian workers were temporarily laid off from October 2008 to February 2009.

Over 100,000 Malaysians will lose their jobs by the end of this year, according to the Human Resources Ministry.

According to the Malaysian Employers Federation, as many as 200,000 Malaysian workers could be jobless in 2009.

With as many as 100,000 Malaysian workers were put laid off and another 100,000 are expected to be jobless by the end of 2009, I wonder if  400,000 Form Five and Form Six school leavers and graduates who are going to join the labour market can find jobs easily.

One thing for sure is that those whose English is barely understandable have lower chances to be hired if compared to school leavers and graduates who can speak good and eloquent English.

Getting certain jobs can be much easier when you speak fluently and coherently as it will make you sound more intelligent and respectful.

To increase your job opportunites in this economy downturn, you really need to improve your English proficiency.
